Prez, PM, TN, Telangana Guv, Rahul, Rajini, Kamal greets Stalin
Chennai, Mar 1 : President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister K Chandrasekara Rao, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Superstar Rajinikanth, actor-politician Kamal Haasan and leaders of various political parties extended birthday wishes to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin, who turned 69 today. An official release said the President conveyed his greetings to him over phone. He said he should work for the development of Tamil Nadu and wished him a long public life. The Prime Minister extended his greetings to Stalin over phone and wished him that he should continue to work for TN’s development. Stalin assured to work for the State’s growth with the support of the Prime Minister. Ravi spoke to Mr Stalin over phone and greeted him on the occasion. The Governor also sent a bouquet of flowers to Mr Stalin through a Deputy Secretary of Raj Bhavan. Tamilisai extended her greetings to Stalin over phone. Mr Rao also spoke to Mr Stalin over phone and greeted him. Rahul Gandhi also spoke to Stalin over phone and extended his birthday greetings to him. He said he was happy to see that Stalin was youthful and wished him many more years of good health. PMK Founder S Ramadoss, Rajinikanth and Kamal also greeted Stalin over phone. (UNI)
