Kakinada, February 8 : A couple were killed on the spot when the motorcycle they were travelling on from Komaragiri to Kakinada was hit by a speeding truck near Komaragiri under I Polavaram police station limits on Tuesday, police said. The police registered a case and identified the deceased as Kudipudi Lovaraju and his wife Haritha Lakshmi, residents of Kakinada city. Pending further investigation, the bodies were shifted to government hospital Mummidivaram for postmortem, police added.(UNI)
