New Delhi, Jan 26 : Congress Today  appointed Jyoti Rautela as President of state Mahila Congress for the Uttarakhand Assembly elections. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal said that party president Sonia Gandhi approved the names of Rautela and four senior vice-presidents for her cooperation. All the newly-appointed office bearers have been asked to take charge with immediate effect. Kamlesh Raman, Alka Pal, Bhagirathi Bisht and Asha Manorama Dobriyal Sharma have been appointed as senior vice president of the party. (UNI)
