Mumbai, Jan 14 :Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray Today  launched the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) WhatsApp ‘chatbot’ for various services.

Speaking at the occasion, Thackeray said over 80 citizen services will be available in English and Marathi. Citizens can send a ‘Hi’ to +91-89992-28999 to get started.

“From access to information to grievance redressal, all can be resolved with just a Hi!” a BMC officer said.(UNI)
