Chennai, Jan 8 : The State Police Museum in the city was closed

for a week from today in view of the fast spread of the Omicron variant

of the coronavirus.

Greater Chennai City Police Commissioner Shankar Jiwal ordered

closure of the Museum for a week from today, a release from the Office

of the Commissioner of police said.

The Museum, located at the Old Police Commissionerate building, was

recently inaugurated by Chief Minister M K Stalin.(UNI)
