Hyderabad, Dec 31 :Telangana IT and Industry Minister K T Rama Rao Today  laid foundation stone for IT Hub at Polytechnic College Premises in Nalgonda.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rao said that as part of the government’s policy to encourage IT in Tier-2 towns in the state, IT hubs had been set up at Warangal, Karimnagar, khammam, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar and it will now come in Nalgonda.

The Construction of IT-Hub will be completed in 18 months with employment opportunities to at least 1,600 people, the Minister said.

Before laying the foundation stone for IT-hub, he inaugurated Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribals hostel buildings in Nalgonda.(UNI)
