TN Guv, CM, leaders extend New Year greetings
Chennai, Dec 31 : Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi, Chief Minister
M K Stalin, top AIADMK leaders O Panneerselvam and Edappadi K
Palaniswami and leaders of various political parties extended their
New Year greetings to the people of the State.
In his greetings, Mr Ravi said “at the dawn of New Year 2022, I extend
my warmest greetings and best wishes to all my brothers and sisters
of Tamil Nadu.”
“May the State and the people be filled with new hopes, higher happiness
and greater prosperity. May everyone be in good health and perfect harmony
with each other”, he said, according to a Raj Bhavan communique.
“May our individual and collective resolve to take our motherland India to
greater heights of glory be further reinforced. God bless our people”, he said.
In his greetings, Mr Stalin said at a time when the world was confronted with
pandemic posing a challenge to the humanity, his government has ensured the
safety of the people and has been working for the development of the State.
The government has taken a vow to continue to strive hard for the people’s
welfare with more vigour and fulfill the faith reposed on it by the people.
Leaders of various parties, including Mr Panneerselvam, Mr Palaniswami,
PMK Founder Dr S Ramadoss, his and party youth wing leader Dr Anbumani
Ramadoss, TMC President G K Vasan, MDMK General Secretary Vaiko,
AMMK supremo TTV Dhinakaran and Prince of Arcot Nawab Mohammed
Abdul Ali also greeted the people of the State.(UNI)
