Mah: Sharad Pawar will inaugurate New MGM university building on Jan 1

Aurangabad, Dec 31: The new administrative building of the Mahatma Gandhi Mission University, Aurangabad, recognized by the University Grants Commission and Government of Maharashtra, will be inaugurated on January 1, by the hand of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, it was reported Today.

Mr Rajesh Tope, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister, Kamal Kishor Kadam, President, MGM, Ankushrao Kadam, President, MGM University will be the chief guests, according to the Vice Chancellor of MGM University, Dr Vilas Sapkal.

Dr Sapkal informed that MGM is the first self-funded private university in Marathwada and has been continuing in this format since 2019.

The University Grants Commission has given MGM University a rating of 2(F). The university offers PhD courses in basic and applied sciences, engineering and technology, management and commerce, performing arts, social sciences and humanities, degree, postgraduate, diploma and certificate as well as in education.

For the last two years, the university has been leading the way towards the goal of all round development of the students.

The main administrative building of MGM University has been established for the purpose of centralized operation of the University, he added.(UNI)
