Aurangabad / Mumbai, Dec 19 :Maharashtra Today reported 902 new Covid-19 patients and nine fatalities in a single day, taking the state’s cumulative case tally to 66,49,596 and the toll to 1,41,349, respectively, a health bulletin of the state government said.

On the other hand, 767 patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking overall count of recoveries to 64,97,500.

The state’s recovery rate and the fatality rate were unchanged at 97.72 per cent and 2.12 per cent, respectively.

There are now 7,068 active cases in the state, added the bulletin.(UNI)
