Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 7 : A hundred-and-ten-year old elderly was able to see this beautiful world again when he got his eyesight back after a successful cataract operation by the doctors of Manjeri Medical College Kerala in turn setting a world record.
Appreciating the rarest achievement by the team of doctors in Manjeri Medical College, Health Minister Veena George Today  said the surgery was performed on the both the eyes of Ravi, haling from Vandoor, who got his eyesight back.
A team of senior surgeons performed the surgery, she added.(UNI)
