Panaji, Nov 19 : Trinamool Congress Today  accused Goa Chief Minister of having purchased a mining company in Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra.

Addressing a press conference here, TMC MP Mahua Moitra said “renwal of leasing auctions has been done three years ago but mining has been started. He has got a mining in Sindhudurg district in Maharashtra, where do you get money to have a mining firm being an Ayurvedic doctor.”

Illegal mining was going on in the state but the government was not doing anything, she alleged.

On Mhadei water issue, she said Karnataka was getting more water after Dr Sawant took over as chief minister of the state.

She alleged that it was happening due to a deal stuck by Dr Sawant with Karnataka government.

On repealing of three farm laws, she said it had been done keeping in view assembly elections in the states.(UNI)
