Hyderabad, Oct 21 : A petition was filed Today in the Telangana High Court to cancel the intermediate first year examinations scheduled to be conducted from October 25.
The petition filed on behalf of the parents association urged the Court not to conduct the examinations as the students had already been promoted.
The advocate for the petitioner urged the court to cancel the examinations while passing the students.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy held a teleconference with district education officers on the conduct of the examinations.
It may be mentioned that the state education department had already announced that the inter first year exams would be conducted from October 25.(UNI)
