Bengaluru, Oct 6 : President Ram Nath Kovind today arrived in the city for his three-day Karnataka visit from October 6 to 8.

On October 7, the President will inaugurate the newly-built Teaching Hospital of the Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Sciences at Chamarajanagar.

The next day, he will visit Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham and Shankara Advaita Research Centre in Sringeri.

Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot and Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai received the President on his arrival in the city.(UNI)
