Nashik, Oct 6 :Nashik today reported 96 new cases of COVID-19 while one patient died of the virus, informed official health bulletin.

The fresh additions took the district tally to 4,08,952 while the death toll soared to 8,642.

Meanwhile, 92 people were discharged during the day, taking the recovery count to 3,99,406.

Presently, Nashik has 904 active cases, bulletin added.(UNI)
