Hyderabad, Sep 29: Heavy rain is likely to occur in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Ranga Reddy, Vikarabad, Medak, and Nagarkurnool districts of Telangana on October 1, Meteorological Centre said today.
In a bulletin here, it said that the same situation is likely to prevail in Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, and Kamareddy districts in the state on October 2.
Thunderstorm accompanied by lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in all the districts of Telangana on September 30 and October 1.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at most places, or at many places or at few places in the state during the next five days, the bulletin said.
Southwest monsoon has been weak in Telangana during the last 24 hours.
Rain occurred at few places in the state during the same period, the bulletin added. (UNI)
