Sixty-yr-old found dead in Nagarahole national park
Mysuru, Sep 3: A 60-year-old tusker was found dead at Veernahosahalli in Nagarahole national park after Today morning.
Forest officials said that the regular beat watchers found the carcass at the mule forest range in Nagarahole national park. Prima facie, it appears that the elephant, in search of food, tried crossing the solar fencing and fell into the ditch and died.
Forest officials visited the spot and said the reason for the death will be known only after the post-mortem.(UNI)
