Thane, Aug 26 : A special COVID vaccination camp will be held for the teaching and non-teaching staff of schools, including private ones, in the district, an official statement said here Today.

Talking to UNI, Collector Rajesh Narvekkar said that the camp will be held in the district on August 27 and 28.

He said that this camp is being organised in keeping with the directions of the Centre to complete the vaccination of teaching and non-teaching staff on priority before September 5, Teachers Day.

The teaching and non-teaching staff are required to present their IDs at the government vaccination centres for taking the jab.(UNI)
