Panaji, Jul 16 : Goa reported 126 new cases of Covid 19 and four deaths during the last 24 hours.
According to daily bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), with the new cases, number of total confirmed cases in the state increased to 1,69,461 while number of total deaths stood at 3106.
There were 236 recoveries during the last 24 hours which took the number of total recoveries in the state to 1,64,696.
Recovery rate in the state stood at 97.19 per cent.
Today, 105 patients were sent for home isolation, 13 were admitted to hospitals while 15 were discharged.
As many as 4430 new samples were tested on Friday taking the number of total samples tested so far to 9,92,730.
The number of active cases in the state decreased to 1659.(UNI)
