Panaji, Jul 10: Goa reported 155 new cases of Covid 19 and seven deaths during the last 24 hours.
According to a daily bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), with the new cases, the number of total confirmed cases in the state increased to 1,68,585 while the number of total deaths shot up to 3095.
There were 183 recoveries during the last 24 hours which took the number of total recoveries in the state to 1,63,530.
The recovery rate in the state stood at 97.00 percent.
On Saturday, 129 patients were sent for home isolation, 26 were admitted to hospitals while 20 were discharged.
As many as 4791 new samples were tested on Saturday taking the number of total samples tested so far to 9,66,989.
The number of active cases in the state decreased to 1960. (UNI)
