Thane, Jul 10 (UNI) With 479 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, the COVID tally rose to 5,36,928 in Thane district, an official said today.

Besides, 14 deaths were also registered, taking the death toll to 10,803.
The mortality rate was 2.01 percent, he added.

In the neighboring Palghar district, the COVID-19 case count has gone up to 1,18,010 while the death toll is 2,627, he informed.(UNI)
