Installation of Oxygen pipelines to all govt hospitals mooted: EG Joint Collector
Kakinada, Jul 7 : East Godavari Joint Collector development wing Keerti Chekuri has said that oxygen pipelines would be laid to all government hospitals spending Rs 3.3 crores.
Reviewing the plan on laying the oxygen pipelines with the Arogya Sri officials ad AP Medical services infrastructure development corporation (APMSIDC) district unit officials at a meeting held at the Collectorate here on Wednesday, she said pipelines would be laid with Rs 3.3 crores state government funds in government hospitals having over 50 beds and also in government general hospital.
But in the hospitals having less than 30 beds strength, the pipelines would be laid spending CSR funds, she said .
Further the Joint Collector advised the officials to work in coordination and complete the oxygen pipelines laying within the stipulated time frame. Aarogyasri coordinator Dr P Radhakirshna, Manager K Naveen, Dr Bhushanam, APMSIDC executive engineer Sitharamaraju, JEs Chakravarty, Seshagirirao, Yogi and contractors were among those attended.(UNI)
