Nellore, July 4: Four persons were killed and a person was injured when a car in which they were traveling collided with a lorry near Manubolu village on Guduru-Manubolu highway in the district on Sunday.
Police said that the deceased and the victim went to the hill shrine Tirumala on pilgrimage and were going back to their native village Kakinada.
A speeding lorry collided with the car killing Varalakshmi, Swathi, Veeraiah, and Manikantha. The injured woman Nikitha suffered grievous injuries and was admitted to a private hospital in Nellore.(UNI)
