Bengaluru, Jul 3 : Karnataka State Congress party has ridiculed Union Minister DV Sadananda Gowda’s move in getting a stay order from the court as a precautionary measure to prevent the media from showing insulting reports against him.
The State Congress party, in its tweeter on Saturday has mentioned that the Union Minister has obtained the stay order in order to prevent the media from releasing the CD. He is the 7th person in BJP who has done like this! It is very curious to know why only the BJP people are scared about CDs?! By bringing stay order the Union Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda has agreed that there is a CD belonging to him also.
Mr Gowda had approached the Court fearing that fraudsters may create his duplicate CD during the Union Cabinet reshuffle.

Considering that if such a CD is shown in the media it would harm his career and destroy his image. Hence, he had approached the court. The court has considered his appeal and has restricted publishing or transmission of any such reports.(UNI)
