Puducherry, Jun 23 : After a long power struggle and confusion, Chief Minister N Rangasamy Today morning submitted the list of ministers to be inducted into his cabinet to the Lt Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.

The names of the ministers are not immediately known as the chief minister refused to divulge the same.

When news persons contacted Rangasamy on his return from Raj Nivas, he said that the name of the ministers would be approved by the Union Home Ministry and it will be published after that. To another question, he said that the date of swearing in of the ministers will be announced after getting the approval of the Home Ministry.

It may be noted that due to power struggle between the BJP and N R Congress,selection of ministerial candidate was delayed though,Rangasamy assumed office as the chief minister on May 7 and R Selvam of the BJP as the speaker last week. Trouble was there within the BJP itself as the supporters of John Kuamr elected from Kamaraj nagar constituency ransacked the BJP office demanding a minister post for John Kumar as he and his son won the elections constituting one third of the 6 BJP members here.John Kumar also was camping in New Delhi to press the party leadership to consider him as a minister.(UNI)
