Nashik, Jun 13 : As per the report received by the district general hospital on Sunday, 3,80,503 COVID patients have been cured and discharged in the district and at present 4,326 people are undergoing treatment in the district.
So far 5,920 patients have died from COVID related complications, informed District Nodal Officer Dr Anant Pawar.
The recovery rate of COVID patients in the district is 97.38 per cent; including 96.44 per cent in rural Nashik, 98.05 per cent in Nashik city, 96.26 per cent in Malegaon and 97.75 per cent in outpatient districts.
Of the 5,920 deaths, 2,851 were from Nashik rural areas, 2,615 from Nashik Municipal Corporation areas, 336 Malegaon Municipal Corporation limits and 118 outside the district.
So far, Nashik has tallied 3,90,749 cases.(UNI)
