District Ayush officer handed over packets of Ayush Kwath kadha to the SP
Hamirpur, Jun 12 : The Department of Ayush has sent another consignment of Ayush Kwath kadha for the victims of corona infection and the corona warriors and frontline workers who are continuously giving duty during the corona period in various parts of the state.
The department has sent about fifteen thousand packets of Ayush Kwath kadha as the third consignment for the Hamirpur district.
The District Ayush Officer Dr Sarita Rana informed that these packets will be distributed free of cost to corona patients, people who have recovered after infection, corona warriors and frontline workers.
She started the distribution work by handing over packets of Ayush Kwath kadha to SP Karthikeyan Gokulchandran at his office last evening.
She said that so far more than 30 thousand packets of Ayush Kwath have been distributed free of cost in the district. Now the third consignment of 15 thousand packets will also be distributed free of cost.
Dr Sarita Rana said that the kwath kadha was proving to be very effective in increasing immunity in corona infected patients, people who have recovered after infection, corona warriors, and frontline workers.
She said that the AYUSH department is continuously working shoulder to shoulder with the health department to control the corona infection. The doctors and staff of the department are rendering commendable services in this time of crisis.(UNI)
