Aurangabad/Mumbai, May 29:Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Devendra Fadnavis Today said that due negativity of the MVA state government alone has again brought injustice to the OBC community.
Mr Fadnavis in his statement stated the political reservation of the OBC community has come to an end after the Supreme Court rejected the state government’s reconsideration petition.
The state government has not taken any action in this regard despite repeated follow-ups and repeated reminders, he said.

In a letter sent to Thackeray, Mr Fadnavis says that the state government’s reconsideration petition regarding the reserved seats under OBC reservation in the local body elections.
The MVA government has not shown any seriousness regarding the political reservation of OBCs.
The government only asked for dates at least eight times in 15 months while the Supreme Court was hearing the matter.
Mr Fadnavis has again requested in the letter that immediate action should be taken to restore the OBC reservation by completing the action taken by the Supreme Court.(UNI)
