Kalaburagi, May 12 : Twenty-three Covid-19 deaths were registered in Kalaburagi on Wednesday, taking the toll to 590, according to the Media bulletin released by the department of Health and family welfare Karnataka.

According to bulletin released here on Wednesday night, 645 fresh Covid-19 cases were registered in Kalaburagi district and total active cases in the districts were 15,497.

The release also informed that 301 Covid-19 patients were discharged from various Covid hospitals in the districts.

Meanwhile, Kalaburagi is reeling under Covid Vaccines shortage and the Covaxin is completely out of stock and only 10,000 Covishield doses are left on Wednesday, the health officials source said.(UNI)
