Aurangabad, May 2 :Prime Minister Narendra Modi has failed miserably in handling the Corona situation in the country and today’s poll outcome verdict sealed it, alledged Nana Patole,MPCC president .
In his press statement Mr Patole stated that to defeat a west bengal chief minister Manta Banerjee , Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his entire cabinet, BJP leaders across the country and all central government agencies were campaigning in West Bengal, leaving the people of the country in the lurch,he accused.
Despite the massive misuse of power, money and central institutions, the people of Bengal have given way to the dictatorial tendency to defeat the BJP and attack Bengali society and culture.
The defeat of the BJP in West Bengal, Kerala and Tamil Nadu has sealed the failure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Union government to deal with the Corona crisis,he said
Reacting to the election results of five states, Patole said that thousands of people were dying every day in the country due to shortage of beds, oxygen, medicines, remedial injections during the Corona crisis.
Even in such a situation, the Prime Minister of the country was campaigning for power by defeating a woman in West Bengal instead of saving the dying. Such a picture has never been seen in the history of the country.
During this election campaign, the world saw the insensitive, cruel and grim face of Prime Minister Modi along with the country. The media around the world slammed his insensitivity and indifference.
With today’s results, the people of West Bengal, Kerala and Tamil Nadu have slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP, who have gone to very low levels to win elections,he added.(UNI)
