Chennai, May 3 : The AIADMK has convened its MLAs meeting on May seven to decide to elect its Legislature Party Leader, who will be the leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu Assembly.
In a joint statement, AIADMK co-coordinator and former CM Edapaddi K Palaniswami and Coordinator and former deputy CM O Panneerselvam said all the MLAs are asked to attend the meeting without fail.
The meeting is expected to discuss the reasons for the party’s loss in the April six Assembly polls and and elected the Leader, to be in the Opposition bench.(UNI)
