Thane, April 27 :  With 3102 Covid cases in last 24 hours, a tally has spiked to 4,53,689 in Thane district, the authorities said today.

While 58 deaths were reported in past 24 hours. With this a total number of fatalities mounted to 7336.
The mortality rate was 1.62 per cent, he added.

In neighbouring Palghar district, the COVID-19 case count has gone up to 79,869 while the death toll was 1,489 he said.(UNI)
