Mumbai, April 26 : The Rupee on Monday surged by 20 paise to 74.81 against the US Dollar in opening trade on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.

The domestic unit jumped owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding stock market in early trade.

The Rupee registered days high and low at 74.93 and 74.83 respectively.(UNI)
