New Delhi, April 25 : India registered 3,49,691 fresh cases of COVID-19 and 2767 casualties in the past 24 hours, the highest single-day spike in terms of cases and deaths since the outbreak of the pandemic, according to the data updated by the Union Health Ministry today morning.

The fresh addition took the total tally to 1,69,60,172 while the death toll soared to 1,92,311.(UNI)
