Hamirpur (HP), April 18: This district registered 66 more cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, informed a spokesman of the health department.
He said that while forty-four cases were found through RT-PCR method, twenty-two others came to light through Rapid antigen testing.
He said that eleven new cases were found in the Medical College hospital where they were admitted for treatment.
The spokesman said that those found positive had been told to resort to Home isolation for rest and recuperation.
With the addition of new cases this, the number of active cases in the district have risen to 775 out of 4,638 positive cases.
57 people have lost their lives to the virus and the number of cured persons is now 3,805.(UNI)
