Panaji, April  12 : Abhishekh Khan recently featured in Project 9191, a Sony LIV web series that is seen to be getting commendable reviews by the audience.

He previously made a name for himself as an actor in a Netflix web series ‘Bard of Blood’ produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.

Speaking about the positive reviews for his role, he said, “It was a fantastic experience working with such senior actors & I am really grateful to be a part of a Sony LIV original show.”

Speaking about Johnny as a character, he said, “He is not your usual techie that is often portrayed in shows and films. He is not someone who is over-the-top about codes and programming. Johnny as a character is subtle, sober and kind. And I’ve tried my best to keep it away from all the regular clichés we encounter these days & I am happy that Johnny has been received well by the general audience.”

Project 9191 is a crime drama web show that revolves around a crime tracking team of Mumbai police. This team aspires to stop crimes like kidnapping, extortion, terror threats etc before they even happen.

Project 9191 is an exclusive Sony Liv web series produced under the banner of Studio Next which had recently also co- produced Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story. Project 9191 is directed by Subbu Iyer. Along with Abhishekh Khan in pivotal role, the series also features Satyajit Sharma, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Trishna Mukherjee, Manini De and Jagat Rawat.(UNI)
